FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy tends to focus on healing what's broken; coaching tends to focus on building what's next. That said, good coaching holds both. We won't pretend the past isn't relevant — but the work is oriented forward, toward what you actually want.

Do I need to have a specific goal?

No. Many people come in knowing something needs to change but not knowing what. That's a fine starting place. Clarity is often one of the first things the work produces.

How long does it take to see results?

Some people feel a shift in the first session. Real, durable change usually takes at least 4 to 6 sessions — long enough to see a pattern, interrupt it, and practice something different. The transformation package and monthly coaching are structured around that reality.

What does a session look like?

A 50 or 60-minute video call. No agenda you have to prepare. You bring what's present; we follow what matters. Sessions are focused and unhurried — there's no checking the clock.

What if I'm not sure this is right for me?

Book a discovery session. It's 60 minutes at $75, with no obligation to continue. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward something that might be.
